7 Phase Growth Bacteria

BLOGLAB.ID, the bacteria growth curve consists of the lag phase, the exponential phase, the stationary phase and the death phase. In the lag phase the bacteria are in the adaptation phase of growing media, preparing to replicate themselves through cell division.
The growth curve is usually divided in 5 phases of growth, but more detail in 7 phases is as follows:
Phase lag Bacteria
Phase lag It's also called the preparation phase, the initial phase, the adaptation phase, or the adjustment phase that is the setting phase of a new environment. Therefore during this phase the mass addition or the addition of the cell number isn't so happening yet, so this curve is generally horizontal. The length of phase lag depends on the capacity for activity and environment settings. The more it fits, the faster it takes.
Acceleration phase
Acceleration phase it's a phase after adaptation, so it's already begun to change activity in shape and add numbers at a low speed.
Exponential phase
Exponential phase or logarithmic is a phase of increasing changes in shape or adding to maximum velocity so that the curve is exponential. This increase of activity must be balanced by many factors, among other things: biological factors, for example: forms and properties of microorganisms against the environment, association of life between organisms that are concerned and non-biological factors, for example: the marina content in the medium of culture, temperature, oxygen levels, light, chemicals etc. If the factor- factor above optimal, the curve increase is either sharp or increasingly blunt towards the horizontal (time) line
Retarding phase
Retarding phase or subtracting is a phase where the addition of activity has started to decrease or decrease which is due to a number of factors, for example: less resources, the creation of the inhibiting compounds, etc.
Stationary phase
Stationary phase It's a phase of balance that adds activity and decline of activity or in the growth of colonies, there's a balance between the dead and the individual addition. Therefore this phase forms a flat kurve. This phase is also due to the increasingly diminished harpooning source, the creation of an inhibitory compound, and the environmental factors that are beginning to become unfortunate.
Phase of death
Phase of death it's a phase of incessant activity or in the growth of colonies that begins to increase the mortality of individuals.
Logarithmic death phase
Logarithmic death phase It's an ever-increasing phase of death, so the curve shows the line dropping in fact that the curve picture of inlinear microorganism growth is explained above if the environmental factors that follow it don't meet the requirements. Some of the most common aberrations, for example: the long lag phase because environmental factors are less supportive, without a lag phase because of the identical environment, the exponential phase over and over again due to the medium of continuous culture, etc.
